By downloading or using Kit and Caboodle ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Kit and Caboodle helps you track your craft supplies and discover projects you can make based on what you own. Some content in the app is curated, and some is generated with the help of AI — always use your own judgment before starting a project, especially anything involving heat, sharp tools, chemicals, or other physical risk (such as wood burning, resin, soap, or candle making).
Project instructions are provided for general guidance only. You are responsible for using tools, heat sources, chemicals, and materials safely, and for following the manufacturer's own instructions for any product you use. Kit and Caboodle is not responsible for injury, property damage, or unsuccessful projects resulting from use of the app's content.
Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID:
Individual patterns are one-time purchases billed through your Apple ID. These are non-refundable except as required by Apple's policies.
If you submit a rating or an "I Made This" photo, you retain ownership of it, but grant us a license to display it within the app (including the Community Gallery) after review. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, or that violates someone else's rights. We may remove submitted content at our discretion.
Don't use the app to upload offensive, unlawful, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt or misuse the app's services.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any project idea will produce your desired result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
